This is Venus Pool Party at Caesars Palace…. When the weather gets warm every year Ice and I host the pool party.. This year it was for Memorial weekend later that night we hosted another party at club LAX in the Luxor (pics on the next post).. I know there is an overhaul of me posing for pics but I combined paparazzi pics and some from my own camera.. The wanted to show you the crowd in some..I like when there’s movement in the pics. We just basically chilled under a cabana,ate,drank,took pics with fans. The scene was cool.. You gotta come one year…

High Blood Pressure

Let me take a moment to fill ya in a recent health problem I encountered and what I’ve done about it……….  On my show, “Ice Loves Coco”, I shared this story but let me go into more detail….

When I was a child around 10 yrs old the doctors told me I had high blood pressure but just wrote it off as me being nervous to be in the doctors office so nothing was done about it back then…. fast forward to now, I’m 33 yrs old and I have been getting dizzy spells and sometimes my eyesight goes completely black that I can’t see anything for a couple minutes then my eyesight returns.  I decided to get a MRI of my whole body.. That was really scary in its self because If your clasterphobic its hard being in a machine for 45min with a needle in your arm,not to mention I’m affraid of needles too..  Thats why on my show I cried, but luckily my sister was there to hold my hand..  I don’t want to be a baby in anyway but just knowing there’s a person right there with you helps…

Well,when the results came back they told me that I have EXTREME High Blood pressure! They said this is the number one deadly killer in women and If I’m walking around with a pressure of 174 over 110 (like I was) in my 40 yrs I will have a heart attack and don’t even try to have a baby until I straighten this problem up…  My OCD kicked in and I went crazy..  I’m already fit so where could the problem come from?  Well people I’m here to tell ya you can be any age, height, weight it doesn’t matter.  What matters is I found out now and am fixing it..  I got a nutientist to see what I can do to eat better..  I upped the anty with my workouts but I found out that its in my family history so no matter what I did physically it was not gonna change…  So this is what I did in a nutshell that worked for me.. they put me on medication and I eat alot more white fish, take magnessuim pills and the miracle kicker is……..  White Tea!! Yes, White Tea!!  It not only helps with blood pressure but good for all problems through-out your body..  This stuff is amazing and I get it already premade in all flavors..  So if your having the same issues, look up because there’s hope.  Try my suggestions and see if it helps and lets me know!!! Thanks to a little change I’m now down to 127 over 98..  Still alittle high but I’ve made a big change…

Kentucky Derby

I finally made it to the 2012 Kentucky Derby this year..  We’ve been asked many times and due to work schedule we haven’t been able to go but believe me the first moment I knew I ran to get a big hat.  I actually bought 4 because I wasn’t sure what I was going to wear..  I wanted to incorporate the nautical look so thats why I went with the Striped,”Juicy”Summer Dress..  Now I want to go back next year just to wear another hat!! LOL.. I felt like Julia Roberts in “Pretty Women”….  The derby was so much fun it was like back tracking to a old era, everybody men and women were dressed up.. eating, drinking, betting on the horse..  I think we need to start dressing up like that more often..  I took a lot of people hats because they were so creative…  I hung out with Audrey Oday and Cindy Lauper (pics below) we chopped it up,  It was nice..

E! Upfronts

Here’s pictures to The E! Network 2012 Upfronts in New York… I wore a tiger dress from “Alexander Mcqueen” and Red patent leather “Carlo Pazolini” Heels… The Kardashians are super sweet.  I love that I got to hang out a bit with them…  Neon, the pop singer, that performed at the event which I’m a fan of…  Love the crazy outfit she wore… All an all it was a great night minus the rain but you’d never know it…
